We’re not normally one for believing rumours, but we’ve seen a few reports lately that Chinese demand for oak could cause shortages or price increases worldwide. Now, we’ve seen nothing of this yet, but it might be wise to consider making your purchase of new wood flooring as soon as possible as in our experience prices only ever go in one direction anyway. We’ll also keep you posted if we see any evidence of shortages.
